Supported Services#

Single-page reference tables showing what is supported across all providers and modules — Discovery, Monitoring dashboards, Automation, and FinOps reservations.

Discovery Coverage#

Reply CMP discovers resources across all connected Azure, AWS, and GCP accounts. Discovery uses a support-level model:

Support level

Meaning

Full

First-class CMDB resource. The resource is shown in Discovery with category, icon, provider metadata, history, and graph relationships where available

CostOnly

Resource or billing line is tracked for cost analysis, but the provider type is not promoted to a full inventory item

Note

Discovery coverage is intentionally conservative. If a provider returns a resource type that Reply CMP does not recognise as operationally relevant, the resource is kept as CostOnly instead of being shown as a complete CMDB item with partial or misleading metadata.

Discovery categories#

Full resources are assigned one of these categories:

Note

AWS Discovery combines Resource Explorer with Cloud Control API where available. If Cloud Control does not return full configuration for a supported type, Reply CMP may keep the resource with basic or CostOnly detail. That does not necessarily mean the AWS credentials are wrong; it can reflect API coverage or regional availability for that resource type.

Discovery metadata and relationships#

Full resources can include:

  • Normalised fields shared by all providers: name, provider, type, region, tags, connection, first discovered, last updated

  • Type-specific properties collected from provider APIs

  • Resource-type icons where an icon mapping is available

  • Typed relationships such as Uses, Attached To, Member Of, Contains, Routes To, Secured By, and Depends On

  • Relationship origin, distinguishing provider-sourced relationships from AI-inferred relationships

See Browse Your Cloud Resources for the user workflow.
